Not working out… yet

It’s been a crazy week, and it’s only tuesday, I know, but I’m having a lot of difficulty finding enough time to go to the gym :(

I’m eating only healthy food tho, and that’s making me happy for now. I’ll probably go on wednesday (tomorrow) so it’s not that big of a deal.

How are you all going? I’m sure that you’re kicking ass!

6-8 ice cubes

1/4 cup water (optional)

Makes two shakes- 103.5 calories each
